Phenomenal customer service. I lugged my laundry down three flights of stairs entirely to find the washer door wouldnot shut. I called customer service and spoke with Juanita, who said she would send a technician out to address the problem angstrom soon as potential. I left my laundry there in the basement, rather of carrying it back up to my apartment. Within the hour, a technician arrive, fixed the problem, and even put my clothes in the washer and started the bicycle ! Ace want above and beyond what one would normally expect from a overhaul birdcall !
